Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group, located at Napleton Genesis of Carmel, is seeking a Service Advisor to join our service lane. You will liaise with customers and technicians to present repair recommendations and keep the customer informed through the repair process.

This role offers a pay range with incentive-based pay, plus benefits such as health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and ongoing training. Previous automotive service advisory experience is a plus, and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new technology.
• Previous automotive service advisor experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check per local laws.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to ensure we meet and address all vehicle maintenance needs.
• Write repair orders for customers with full transparency of cost and time estimates.
• Provide exceptional and timely communication—keeping customers updated throughout the process.
• Communicate frequently with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely completion of work.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and co-workers.
• Utilize cutting edge Fixed Operations Technology.
