Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in the Automotive Service Industry.

Role: Automotive Service Advisor (18 Job Openings)

Role Type: Full-time

Job Overview: Training Period (Approx. 1 Month): Onsite every day.

Post-Training: Hybrid schedule: In-office: Tuesday through Thursday.
*** Work from home / Remote: Only Monday & Friday.

This position involves upselling customers to purchase additional warranties on new car purchases.

This role provides support to agents, clients, and customers by adjudicating claims, providing claims status updates, and resolving or escalating customer issues.

The claims adjuster ensures proper documentation, adjudicates per the terms and conditions of the contract, utilizes available resources, and meets schedule expectations while informing management of any changes.

  • Automotive Service Industry Experience (Required: 3+ Years)
  • Experience as a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or Automotive Technician
  • Auto experience with mechanical/technical expertise in vehicle repairs and service contracts
  • The role requires assessing warranty-related issues and knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repairs

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle claims-related calls according to work schedule, performing within defined metrics
  • Manage car inspections when claims exceed a certain amount or involve potential fraud
  • Follow proper claims procedures as outlined in training and feedback from QA or Supervisor
  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients, agents, and contract terms and conditions
  • Notify Supervisor of any claims where possible fraud is suspected
  • Participate in all required training to perform job duties effectively

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Automotive Service Industry (Technician/Mechanic, Service Advisor, Parts Advisor)
  • Strong automotive technical and mechanical knowledge
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check
