The right candidate will have previous dealership service experience, excellent communication, customer service, sales, and multi-tasking skills. Service Advisor responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer phones promptly
• Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle concerns
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of the vehicle
• Increase profitability by maximizing sales and executing retail promotions
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of costs for labor and parts
• Establish follow-up time
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Our ideal candidate will possess these qualities:

• Service Advisor, Dealership, Automotive Knowledge: 1 year
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• CDK experience is preferred
• Ford experience is a PLUS
• Dependable, friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual
• Computer proficient
• Organized with superior time and priority management skills
• Customer service and sales focused
