Job Description: Automotive Claims Adjuster

Overview: This role involves upselling customers on warranties for new car purchases, supporting agents, clients, and customers by adjudicating claims, providing status updates, and resolving or escalating issues. The claims adjuster ensures proper documentation, adjudicates claims according to contractual terms, utilizes available resources, and meets schedule expectations, informing management of any changes.

Requirements:

• Automotive Service Industry experience (3+ years), including roles such as Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or Automotive Technician
• Auto experience with mechanical/technical expertise in vehicle repairs and service contracts
• Ability to assess warranty-related issues and knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repairs
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong automotive technical and mechanical knowledge
• Successful background check

Responsibilities:

• Handle claims-related calls within scheduled metrics
• Manage car inspections for high-value or potentially fraudulent claims
• Follow claims procedures as trained
• Understand client, agent, and contract terms
