Position Summary

The Senior Technician diagnoses drivability and electrical systems, and mentors team members to enhance customer satisfaction. We offer a performance-based pay model rewarding efficiency and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair brake, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel, electrical, suspension, alignment, air conditioning, and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and repairs to customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through ongoing training.
• Assist and train other technicians.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications, with company support.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company and customer vehicles.
• Skills in brakes, hydraulics, steering, suspension, and alignments.
• Automotive maintenance and tire repair skills.
• Relevant certifications/licenses.
• Ability to communicate technical info effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years automotive repair experience or vocational training.
• ASE certification in A1-A8 or L1.
