Job summary

Omnicom Productions in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Copywriter to drive creative execution for a global automotive account. You will craft copy across video scripts, digital ads, dealership social posts, brochures, and POP displays, while guiding AI copy agents to scale output without losing brand voice.

You will collaborate with art directors, strategists, and product specialists to deliver premium work and adapt quickly between big ideas and retail-focused messaging.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of copywriting experience in an advertising agency, with a strong focus on automotive clients or dealer networks.
• AI Tool Fluency: Practical experience using AI writing assistants and prompt engineering to scale content creation and improve workflows. (preferred)
• Automotive Knowledge: Deep familiarity with car terminology, trim levels, and dealer-incentive marketing. (preferred)
• Adaptability: Ability to pivot quickly between big-idea creative storytelling and fast-paced, retail-driven messaging.
• Diverse Portfolio: A proven portfolio showcasing a mix of video scripts, digital/social campaigns, retail POP, and print.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Channel Writing: Write copy for video scripts, digital banner ads, dealership social media posts, brochures, and POP displays.
• Videos: Develop scripts for various formats including product-focused long form, social shorts, and creator-style walkarounds.
• AI Integration: Use and train AI tools to accelerate brainstorming, drafting and high-volume versioning while preserving brand voice.
• Brand & Compliance Consistency: Maintain brand voice across touchpoints and ensure automotive legal compliance.
• Collaboration: Work with art directors, strategists, and product specialists throughout creative and production.
• Presentations: Help concept, build, and confidently present creative ideas.
