Job summary

Minth North America, Lewisburg, TN, is seeking a Material Requirement Planner to align production and materials. You will build production plans, forecast requirements from demand and inventory, and run SAP planning for the Lewisburg plant.

The role requires 2–3 years of SAP experience in production planning or SCM, with strong PP and MM knowledge. You’ll collaborate across procurement, logistics and engineering in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience using SAP in a production planning or supply chain role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM).
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production plans to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
• Manage integration of SAP systems to streamline production and supply chain operations.
• Analyze and forecast production requirements based on customer demand and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics and engineering to meet production goals.
• Ensure accurate data entry and SAP updates for schedules and inventory management.
• Resolve SAP production module issues and support end users.
• Monitor and improve planning processes for optimal performance.
• Generate and analyze reports to track production, material usage and resource allocation.
• Assist in developing new SAP functionalities to improve scheduling and planning.
