Job summary

Oakes Auto Group in North Kansas City, MO is seeking motivated individuals for a Sales in Training program. This 6–8 week track starts in our Sales BDC, building fundamentals in customer communication, CRM use, appointment setting, product knowledge, and dealership processes before moving to the floor.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to learn and grow in automotive sales.
• Strong communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to professionally communicate with customers by phone, text, email, and in person.
• Develop knowledge of vehicle lineup, features, trims, and inventory to match customers with vehicles.
• Participate in coaching, role-play, and product training to progress through the program.
• Shadow experienced Sales Consultants and transition toward a Sales Consultant role.
