Subaru of Spokane in downtown Spokane, WA, seeks a Sales Assistant to support the Sales Department and manage vehicle inventory. The role combines sales support with customer engagement and inventory preparation for demonstrations and deliveries.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in retail or automotive environments, are comfortable with dealership technologies, and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Onsite position with growth potential within Lithia & Driveway network.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or sales experience is ideal.
• Comfortable in high-volume environment and adaptable to needs.
• Valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Sales team support and lot operations, assist consultants.
• Greet customers in showroom and on lot.
• Prepare vehicles for demonstrations and test drives.
• Coordinate and deliver vehicle delivery experiences.
• Follow up with customers about appointments and visits.
• Organize and maintain vehicle displays and inventory.
