Germain Ford of Beavercreek is seeking an Automotive Sales Specialist to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will understand customer needs, showcase vehicle options, conduct test drives, and guide buyers through the negotiation and financing process. Strong communication, product knowledge, and the drive to exceed sales targets are essential. Valid driver's license required. Base plus commissions available.
