Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Retail Sales and Service Technician to blend front‑line customer service with basic auto services in a hybrid store setting. You will assess needs, recommend products, and complete routine vehicle tasks while maintaining store operations and guest satisfaction.

Pay ranges from $16.00 to $23.90 per hour, with company‑paid training and opportunities to earn ASE certifications along with growth within a nationwide automotive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales and resolving customer issues (75%).
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks such as oil changes, tire checks and fluids (25%).
• Assist store operations including opening/closing, inventory and displays as needed.
