Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a Sales and Service Specialist to help customers keep their vehicles running safely while building the skills needed for a long-term career within our retail network. This role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and clear development paths across our store network.

Whether you are new to retail or bring automotive experience, you will join a team that supports your success and growth. Pay ranges from $16.80 to $25.10 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems and operational processes

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Build trust and lasting relationships with customers.
• Recommend automotive products and services based on customer needs.
• Coordinate service appointments and communicate timelines.
• Support merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and business performance.
• Support store leadership and serve as Manager-on-Duty when appropriate as part of your development.
