Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking a Big O Sales Consultant to deliver accurate, timely customer service and promote products and services in line with company programs and policies. You will handle inquiries, process sales transactions, maintain shelves, and support store operations while upholding safety and PPE regulations.

This role requires reliability, communication skills, and the ability to work holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Sales abilities.
• Ability to work holidays, weekends, and after hours.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer service area and host waiting customers.
• Handle complaints courteously and efficiently per policy.
• Promote sales by explaining benefits and using suggestive selling.
• Prepare sales documentation such as warranties and service agreements.
• Conduct sales transactions and notify supervisor of discrepancies.
• Support store operations including opening/closing tasks and inventory.
• Maintain clean and organized store appearance per standards.
• Safely operate customer vehicles as needed.
• Assist in training new employees.
