Job description

Crown Honda is currently hiring Experienced Automotive Sales Consultants to be an essential part of our dealership's growth!
Candidates with a minimum of two years of automotive sales experience will receive preferred consideration for an interview!
As an Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant, you are:

As an Exceptional Automotive Sales Consultant, you:
  • Put in the effort to be a top performer
  • Know your customer and continually grow your client base
  • Meet and Exceed Expectations/Goals at the company and customer level
  • Bring years of sales experience and consulting to the role
  • Have achieved awards, honors and/or promotions recognizing your sales success
  • You also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and develop trust with customers of all income levels.
Additional qualifications for the Automotive Sales Consultant include:
  • A MINIMUM of TWO YEARS as an Automotive dealership sales consultant is preferred for interview consideration.
  • Experience as a HONDA sales consultant is a PLUS!
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Experience with ELead/CRM software is a PLUS!
  • Current, Valid Driver's License for a minimum of three years. Clean driving record over the past three years, minimum.
