Description

Are you a self-starter? Quick learner? Ron Tonkin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat is adding Automotive Sales Representatives/Consultants to our Sales Team. Our long-term employees have decades of automotive experience. We recently renovated our dealership to match our sales demands, and we are looking for motivated individuals to grow with us.

As an Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant, your main goal is customer service and guiding clients through the purchasing process. No automotive experience is necessary — customer-oriented jobs translate well! The ideal candidate is eager to learn and helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify their needs, and explain vehicle features.
• Demonstrate vehicle operations and features.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email.
• Negotiate sales transactions.
• Attend training and sales meetings.
• Complete sales paperwork.

This is a full-time role. Expect weekend work with two consecutive days off.

Compensation & Benefits

• During a 3-month training, choose between:
• $22/hour
• $4,000/month
• Commission-based pay with unlimited earning potential.
