Ed Morse Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. With over 80 years in the industry and 60+ locations across multiple states, we offer a family-oriented culture and strong career growth.

Expect weekly pay, uncapped earning potential, comprehensive benefits, and employee programs. You will consult with customers to find the right vehicle, prospect new buyers, and strive to meet sales targets while following company sales steps and completing all paperwork

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year automotive sales experience required.
• Steady work history and a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with customers to find a vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Gain a working knowledge of the product line
• Attend training offered by both manufacture and the Ed Morse Automotive Group
• The professional completion of all sales related paperwork
• Following the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” to ensure complete customer satisfaction
