The primary role of the Sales Consultant in our dealership is to respond to online vehicle inquiries via phone and email. The Sales Consultant works with walk-in customers, guiding them through the initial buying process to final sale.

  • Respond to internet leads promptly and provide product information and pricing
  • Build rapport with customers to foster referrals and expand your customer network
  • Answer sales calls and set appointments
  • Confirm appointments and follow up with customers post-inquiry and after sales
  • Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds
  • Guide customers through the buying process from start to finish
  • Maintain motivation and a customer-focused approach
  • Create and sustain customer relationships
  • Utilize and maintain a CRM database
  • Prior experience in automotive sales, retail, customer service, or related fields is a plus
  • Maintain professional appearance and attire
  • Bi-lingual skills are advantageous
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug tests)
