Overview

Group 1 Automotive, a Fortune 250 company and one of the fastest-growing leaders in automotive retail. We are expanding and seeking Automotive Sales Professional's in the Amarillo area to deliver an exceptional customer experience, build lasting customer relationships, generate new business opportunities, and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
• Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
• Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
• Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
• Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards

Qualifications

• 1+ years Automotive Dealership experience preferred but not required.
• Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
• A desire to work in a commission, performance-based, environment.
• Great attitude with high-energy personality.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Texas driver license and a good driving record.
