Position Details

• Location: Annapolis, MD
• Salary Range: $40,000 - $100,000 per year + commissions
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Seniority Level: Entry level

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers in person and over the phone
• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle needs
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles and demonstrate product benefits
• Accompany customers on test drives
• Build lasting customer relationships

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Dependable, friendly, and enthusiastic
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Automotive experience is a plus but not required
