Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience is a plus but not required—we provide training!
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• A professional, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and stay up to date with the latest Hyundai models and features.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting their ideal vehicle.
• Build rapport and establish trust-based relationships with customers.
• Provide detailed product knowledge on Hyundai models and features.
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance.
• Work closely with the finance team to guide customers through the purchasing process.
• Follow up with potential buyers and maintain customer relationships.
