Drive N-Motion in Thornton, CO is hiring a full-time Automotive Sales Consultant. You will help customers find the right vehicle and deliver an outstanding buying experience from start to finish.

We provide training and support; uncapped commission and opportunities for advancement. Previous automotive sales is not required, but strong communication and a customer-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous sales or guest-facing experience is a plus.
• Comfort with computers, email, and internet-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, walkarounds, and test drives.
• Explain financing and payment options to buyers.
• Follow up with leads via internet, phone, text, or showroom visits.
• Set and confirm customer appointments and build lasting relationships.
