Drive N-Motion LTD in Thornton, CO is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to help customers find the right pre-owned vehicle and deliver an exceptional buying experience from start to finish.

This full-time role offers base pay plus uncapped commission, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, with a preference for experience in sales or related fields.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and internet-based tools.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and succeed.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Ability to work Saturdays and occasional evening hours.
• Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or relationship-building experience preferred.
• Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right pre-owned vehicle for their needs and budget.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, walkarounds, and test drives.
• Develop product knowledge across a wide variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Present financing and payment options.
• Follow up with internet, phone, text, and showroom leads.
• Set and confirm customer appointments.
• Build long-term customer relationships and generate referral business.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.
• Meet individual and team sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Compensation

• Base pay plus uncapped commission
• Top performers earn $90,000 to $140,000+ annually

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Saturday
• One weekday off plus Sundays
