You’ll greet customers, guide them through selecting vehicles, conduct test drives, and clearly present pricing, financing, and incentives. You’ll build relationships to convert first-time buyers into loyal customers and referrals while nurturing a strong sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Automotive sales experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Professional appearance and a team-player mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
