Job summary

Vaden Automotive is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to greet customers, guide them through the vehicle selection process, and conduct engaging test drives. You will clearly present pricing, financing options, and incentives while building lasting relationships with customers to generate referrals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Automotive sales experience preferred but not required—training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through vehicle selection.
• Conduct test drives and highlight features, benefits, and value.
• Present pricing, financing options, and incentives clearly and confidently.
• Build relationships to turn first-time buyers into lifelong customers and referral partners.
