Job summary

Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Clean, polished appearance
- Must submit to background check and drug test
- Must have a valid PA-issued Driver’s License
- Knowledge of basis computer skills
- Experience is great—but not required; coachable and trainable
Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and helping them find a vehicle that fits their lifestyle and budget
- Building relationships that last beyond the sale
- Staying in touch with leads and following up with purpose
- Guiding buyers through every step—from test drive to delivery
