Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service writing or customer-facing sales is preferred.
• Basic automotive knowledge is expected.

Responsibilities

• Own the front counter: greet customers, write repair orders, and guide them from estimate to invoice.
• Recommend and sell maintenance, repair, and tire work — clearly, honestly, confidently.
• Translate technician findings into recommendations customers understand and approve.
• Coordinate with techs to keep the shop schedule moving and promises kept.
• Keep the front desk sharp, organized, and professional.
