Midas Auto Service & Tire, part of Halco Group, is seeking an energetic front-desk specialist at a high-volume Michigan location. You’ll greet customers, write repair orders, and guide them from estimate to invoice.

Sell maintenance, repairs, and tires with clear, honest recommendations while coordinating with technicians to keep the shop on schedule. We offer base pay plus uncapped commissions, strong benefits, and room to grow within a fast-expanding Halco Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service writing or parts counter.
• Customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Basic automotive knowledge.
• Strong communication; ability to juggle phones and walk-ins.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at front counter, write repair orders, guide from estimate to invoice.
• Recommend and sell maintenance, repair, and tire work clearly and confidently.
• Translate technician findings into understandable recommendations.
• Coordinate with technicians to keep the shop schedule moving.
• Keep the front desk organized and professional.
