Qualifications

• Two+ years of automotive sales experience or commission-based sales.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build relationships and provide a positive customer experience.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal orientation.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM systems.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct test drives to showcase features and performance.
• Stay up-to-date on model features, specs, and pricing.

• Collaborate with sales team and departments for a seamless experience.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
