Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid California Vehicle Salesperson License preferred; must be able to obtain and maintain a CA Vehicle Salesperson License as a condition of employment.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under the company insurance policy.
• Bilingual skills preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Team-oriented, flexible, professional, and results-driven.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment checks may include background, motor vehicle record, and drug screening.
• References may be requested.

Aufgaben

• Greet customers entering the showroom or sales lot and provide professional assistance.
• Identify customer needs by asking questions and listening carefully to their preferences.
• Help customers select appropriate vehicles and recommend alternatives when necessary.
• Maintain current knowledge of inventory, vehicle features, technology, and terminology.
• Provide thorough vehicle presentations and product demonstrations.
• Offer and coordinate test drives in accordance with dealership procedures.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Use dealership sales and CRM systems to manage prospects and relationships.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager to meet each customer.
• Explain vehicle values, equity, and depreciation where appropriate.
• Assist with transitioning completed sales to Finance and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Coordinate vehicle preparation before delivery.
• Deliver sold vehicles and explain operating features, warranties, and paperwork.
