Lia Nissan Enfield is seeking an experienced Salesperson to sell new and used vehicles while maintaining exemplary CSI and building long-term customer relationships.

Compensation ranges from $50K to $100K+ with benefits. This on-site role requires evening and Saturday availability and a clean driver's license. The Lia Auto Group emphasizes customer experience and career growth within a top US automotive group.

Responsibilities

• Approach, greet, and assist customers who enter the dealership lot or showroom.
• Develop a strong understanding of automobiles and our offerings, including features and trim levels.
• Qualify customers by understanding requirements and interests to fit vehicles and options.
• Demonstrate and perform walk-arounds; explain features, warranties, and fuel mileage.
• Overcome objections and negotiate; complete pre-sale documents and liaise with insurers.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process and set realistic expectations.
• Develop rapport to encourage repeat business and referrals; suggest trade-ins and campaigns.
• Follow up with sold and unsold clients using various tools and software.
• Report to sales manager and GM on deals, objectives, and daily activities.
