Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience, automotive experience a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work Saturdays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the USA (18+).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer needs and recommend products and services.
• Drive store sales growth, including daily customer calls to increase opportunities.
• Coordinate each customer's work order through to completion following policy.
• Provide outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Maintain presentation of the store inside and out.
• Promote company culture of cooperation and collaboration.
• Assist in the shop as necessary.
