Wynne Volvo Cars Hampton is seeking an energetic Sales Consultant to meet demand and exceed customer expectations from test drive to delivery, with strong support from our Management Team.

The role offers an aggressive pay plan, a flexible 45-hour work week, a demo program, a retention bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, HSA/Dependent Care FSAs, PTO, and a 401k with company match.

Formación

• Auto Sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record in sales.
• Superior customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable DMV record.
• Willing to submit pre-employment background check, DMV record, and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority.
• Exhibit consultative selling skills and assist customers in selecting a vehicle.
• Maintain relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Perform high quality demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Negotiate closure clearly and concisely.
• Complete all documentation accurately.
• Stay current on promotions, financing options, value add products and industry trends.
