Rohrman Automotive Group is seeking a dependable Sales Porter to help keep our vehicle inventory organized and our dealership lot running safely and efficiently. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors in a high-energy automotive team.

No prior automotive experience is required; we provide training. You will handle vehicle movement, lot organization, and basic vehicle care while supporting a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Comfortable outdoors in all weather.
• Dependable, punctual, safety-minded with good eye for detail.
• Can lift up to 25 pounds and stay active through shift.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming vehicles by comparing serial numbers against invoices and noting damage or missing accessories.
• Park new and sold vehicles to keep lot organized and maximize space.
• Catalog and store vehicle keys; assign stock control numbers to inventory.
• Move sold vehicles to the preparation department as directed.
• Service stored vehicles to maintain tires, batteries, and finishes.
• Operate company vehicles safely and adhere to driving speeds on lot and road.
• Maintain lot safety and cleanliness per OSHA standards.

This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, is comfortable outdoors, and wants to be part of a high-energy automotive team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming vehicles by comparing serial numbers against invoices; document any damage or missing accessories on the delivery receipt.
• Park new and sold vehicles in designated areas to keep the lot organized and maximize space.
• Catalog and store vehicle keys; assign stock control numbers to incoming inventory.
• Move sold vehicles to the new-vehicle preparation department as directed.
• Service stored vehicles as needed to maintain tires, batteries, and vehicle finishes.
• Operate all company vehicles safely, maintaining legal driving speeds on the lot and on the road at all times.
• Maintain lot safety and cleanliness in compliance with OSHA standards.

Requirements

• No prior automotive experience required — we'll train you.
