• Ability to pass pre-employment checks (background, MVR, drug test, credit report, license).

Responsibilities

• Forecast monthly/quarterly sales and profits by department.
• Lead sales staff and conduct regular sales meetings.
• Provide on-the-job training and review performance.
• Maintain balanced vehicle inventory and move inventory as needed.
