Stuteville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Poteau is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our new- and pre-owned-vehicle sales operations, desk deals, and craft profitable transactions.

This hands-on leadership role requires coaching, inventory guidance, and a focus on customer satisfaction, with opportunities for long-term career advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales management experience.
• Experience desk deals and working with manufacturer incentives, rebates, and sales programs.
• Experience appraising trades and managing pre-owned vehicle inventory and pricing.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reynolds & Reynolds and/or Chrysler/Stellantis experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage both new and pre-owned vehicle sales operations.
• Desk deals and assist the sales team in structuring transactions.
• Achieve dealership goals for sales volume, gross profit, inventory turn, and profitability.
• Hire, train, coach, supervise, and motivate sales staff.
• Appraise trades and make sound vehicle acquisition and disposition decisions.
• Assist with new vehicle inventory management and ordering/acquisition.
• Manage pre-owned inventory, including pricing, aging, reconditioning, and wholesaling.
• Maintain knowledge of manufacturer incentives, rebates, sales programs, and requirements.
• Monitor sales performance, Internet lead follow-up, and customer satisfaction.
• Control selling expenses and identify opportunities to maximize department profitability.
• Professionally resolve customer concerns and maintain strong CSI performance.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales management experience required
• Previous automotive retail sales experience required
• Experience with both new and pre-owned vehicle sales operations preferred
• Experience desking deals and working with manufacturer incentives, rebates, and sales programs
• Experience appraising trades and managing pre-owned vehicle inventory and pricing
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills
• High standards of honesty, integrity, accountability, and customer service
• Reynolds & Reynolds and/or Chrysler/Stellantis experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
• Ability to successfully complete applicable pre-employment screening
