Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead daily sales operations at our Foothill Ranch, CA dealership. You will desk deals, coach consultants, manage CRM follow-up, and drive sales volume and gross profit in a structured environment.

This full-time role involves leading a high-performing team, ensuring profitability and exceptional customer experience. Evening and weekend shifts may be required; compensation ranges from $150,000 to $225,000

Compensation

$150,000 - $225,000 per year. Compensation may include performance-based earnings and is based on experience, sales results, and dealership performance.
