Battleground Kia in Greensboro, NC seeks an experienced sales leader to guide a team of Sales Consultants, mentor staff, and grow the dealership's book of business. You will coach, train, and adapt proven sales tactics to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.

• Build rapport with customers to establish customer network.
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
