CarGuys Inc. is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager for a dealership position in the United States. The role focuses on leading a high-performance sales team, overseeing new and used vehicle operations, and driving customer satisfaction.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, review unit sales forecasts, and ensure profitability while maintaining CSI and strong operations standards. The position offers growth potential and a comprehensive benefits package.
