CarGuys Inc. in Fayetteville, AR is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager to lead a dealership sales team, optimize performance, and drive customer satisfaction.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, supervise consultants, manage vehicle operations, and review forecasts and gross profit to maximize growth and profitability for our clients nationwide. The role requires a hands-on leader who loves being involved in deals rather than just crunching numbers.

Job Responsibilities

• Recruiting, Training, and Developing a high-performance sales team through accountability management principles
• Supervise the training development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees
• Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction
• Review the forecasting of unit sales and gross profit
• Oversee management of new and used vehicle operations
