Job summary

Malloy Auto Group in Alexandria, VA is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team at our multi-location auto group. The role requires commuting to Alexandria, VA, and a valid driver's license.

You will drive sales, coach staff, and coordinate with F&I, service, and marketing to improve outcomes. The ideal candidate has automotive sales management experience, a proven track record of hitting targets, and strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed goals.
• Conduct daily sales meetings and individual coaching sessions.
• Desk deals, structure transactions, and support closing activities.
• Monitor lead management, follow-up activity, and CRM usage.
• Oversee inventory presentation, pricing strategy, and lot standards.
• Track key sales metrics and report performance to leadership.
• Collaborate with F&I, service, and marketing teams to improve results.
• Maintain a professional, ethical, and customer-first sales environment.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales staff.
