Daily responsibilities include managing the full sales process, handling internet, phone, and showroom traffic, and building strong CRM organization to generate repeat and referral business. Compensation features a generous commission with extensive earning potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Flexible hours including weekends.
• Willing to train and learn automotive products.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales process from initial contact through delivery and follow-up
• Work internet, phone, and showroom traffic daily
• Build relationships and create a high-level ownership experience
• Maintain strong CRM organization and follow-up discipline
• Guide customers in selecting the Volkswagen ride that best fits their lifestyle and needs
• Generate repeat and referral business through professionalism and consistency
