The Stanley Auto Group in Texas is seeking motivated individuals to join a Management Training Program that starts with an Automotive Consultant role. The program includes formal and on-the-job training and mentorship to groom future leaders within our auto group for long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• Must invest a significant amount of personal time and energy outside business hours for education and training.
• Social Media skills are a plus.
• Strong Auto Sales and/or Customer Service Experience is a Plus but not required.
• Must be able to proficiently use a computer and computer software.
• Must Pass Background and Drug Screen.
• Must have valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle record test.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from the ground up by starting as Automotive Consultant.
• Participate in industry leading training programs as you develop your skills through formal and on-the-job training.
• Be mentored through the management training program to become a Leader within our Auto Group.
