Qualifications

• 4–10 years related sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication with managers, customers, and the public.
• Solid math skills for discounts, commissions, and percentages.
• Practical problem solving and sound judgment.
• Valid driver's license and sales license.

Responsibilities

• Set monthly/annual targets for unit sales, gross, expenses, and operating profit.
• Hire, train, coach, and monitor the sales team; track productivity.
• Acquire new and used inventory; oversee factory-sponsored initiatives.
• Guide merchandising and promotions; plan campaigns and reviews.
• Review market analyses and sales reports to shape campaigns.
• Coordinate across departments; manage spend to budget.
• Lead New Owner Clinics; maintain a professional presence.
