Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and hold the sales team accountable to daily, monthly, and annual goals.
• Desk deals and assist sales consultants with structuring and closing opportunities.
• Coach sales consultants on phone calls, internet leads, follow-up, product knowledge, and closing skills.
• Maintain strong CRM processes and ensure consistent customer follow-up.
• Monitor sales activity, appointments, closing ratios, and other KPIs.
• Conduct daily sales meetings and ongoing one-on-one coaching.
• Collaborate with General Manager and F&I to maximize performance while preserving customer experience.
• Assist with vehicle appraisals and inventory management.
• Ensure pricing and deal structures are presented accurately and transparently.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and help resolve issues before escalation.
• Recruit, train, and develop sales consultants.
• Maintain a positive, competitive, team-oriented sales floor.
• Lead by example and uphold Clay Subaru's standards for professionalism and integrity.
