Haddad Subaru in Pittsfield, MA is seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Sales Customer Care Representative. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, providing exceptional service, and supporting the sales team to ensure a smooth car buying experience.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, sharing information on inventory, pricing, and financing, coordinating test drives, and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficient with computers and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle inventory, pricing, and financing options.
• Coordinate test drives and appointments between customers and sales personnel.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
• Support the sales team to achieve monthly sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure continued satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
