Kunes Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing dealership team. In this role, you’ll guide guests to the right new or pre-owned vehicle by building relationships, understanding needs, presenting options, and delivering an exceptional buying experience.

We welcome candidates from automotive sales or other commission-based backgrounds and provide paid training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching to help you build a rewarding career with unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred.
• Experience in commissioned or customer-facing sales is encouraged across multiple industries.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
• Build relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right new or pre-owned vehicle.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and ownership benefits.
• Negotiate and complete vehicle sales professionally.
• Maintain customer relationships through follow-up and repeat business.
• Utilize dealership CRM tools to manage customer communications and sales opportunities.
• Stay current on vehicle inventory, product knowledge, and automotive technology.
• Collaborate with sales managers, finance, and service teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
