Compensation Range: $50,000 - 120,000 per year
This role has a base salary of $40,000 + incentive opportunities with uncapped commission potential
This position requires that you are physically active during your shift. This may include, but is not limited to, running, driving, stooping, bending and lifting.
How do our Automotive Sales Consultants Drive Impact?
After successful completion of our Sales Training Program; our Automotive Sales Consultants will walk our customer through the entire vehicle buying process.
-Assist customer on buying desired vehicle.
-Educate customers on financial products and financing options.
-Able to maintain the unit average and the minimum performance that is required by the store.

We're Looking For:
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • High level of detail orientation and accuracy.
  • Proven experience working within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with using Microsoft Office and being able to utilize other computer programs as needed.
  • This position will require you to move around the dealership and is not limited to sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting.
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, not required.
