McDonald Nissan – Highlands Ranch is seeking a results-driven automotive sales professional. This commission-based role offers uncapped earning potential, with average compensation around $60,000 and top performers earning up to $150,000.

Formación

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Previous sales experience (automotive a plus, not required).
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-evolving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own lead management with professional phone and email communication.
• Develop relationships with customers and guide the sales process.
• Become a vehicle expert through manufacturer training.
• Resolve customer issues promptly during and after the sale, involving Sales Manager when needed.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
