Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus, but not required).
• Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-first mindset.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage follow-up, appointments, and a sales pipeline consistently.
• Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and digital communication tools (text/email/video).
• Proven ability to build rapport, earn trust, and maintain long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and service-first manner.
• Build relationships in the local community and develop a strong online presence to grow a personal client base.
• Conduct needs assessments and guide customers to the right vehicle based on lifestyle, budget, and usage.
• Deliver confident vehicle walkarounds, feature demonstrations, and accompany customers on test drives.
• Manage the full sales process from initial contact through delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every step.
• Use the CRM to manage follow-up, schedule appointments, and maintain a consistent pipeline (goal of 1-2 appointments per day).
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed store performance targets while maintaining a high-integrity customer experience.
• Stay current on new products, trims, technology, and accessories and clearly communicate value to customers.
• Maintain a clean, professional showroom and vehicle display areas, including seasonal tasks such as snow removal from display vehicles as needed.
