Job summary

Grubbs Family of Dealerships in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant who guides customers through the vehicle purchase with outstanding service and product knowledge. You will greet customers, identify needs, present vehicles, and coordinate with finance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One-year sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Assist customers in identifying needs and selecting a suitable vehicle.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and accompany customers on test drives.
• Explain product features, warranties and financing options clearly.
• Negotiate pricing and trade-in values under Sales Manager guidance.
• Prepare paperwork and coordinate with the finance team.
• Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory.
• Keep showroom and vehicle displays clean and organized.
• Attend regular training sessions and dealership meetings.
